The first opportunity we had to enjoy the land was with our Fun Finder RV. The property already had road access leading up to a gas lease. We were able to pull the Fun Finder RV out and camp by the gas lease. It gave us the opportunity to get out of town, unwind and hike the property in search of an eventual building spot.

Other than the gas lease, the property was entirely forested. Once the leaves came out in spring you couldn’t see the forest for the trees.
